SSoSI No. 1 = AIR
Simple symbol of something important (SSoSI) begins with something everyone needs = AIR. Also it is something that is not ours but we all share, which is illuminating : )
We take air in our bodies as breath in/out + sometimes sharply. There can be both a pause + holding of the thing that sustains us. Air it is felt inside the body in 2 chambers, upper/lower + what feels like a mid-center dip.
